Fire up the grill! Chef Bill Kim is hosting the second Backyard BBQ of the summer at bellyQ on Sunday, July 31. July’s guest is Executive Chef Craig Couper of Michael Jordan’s Steak House, grilling up a menu accompanied by cold brews from local Penrose Brewery. Guest will enjoy a specially prepared barbecue menu developed by Chef Couper on bellyQ’s Ogden patio.
Tickets can be purchased at http://www.brownpapertickets.com. The BBQ series falls on the last Sunday of the month, and will end in August with guest chefs Joshua Kulp & Christine Cikowski from Honey Butter Fried Chicken.
COST: Tickets are $45 each, general admission will include offerings from the chef-curated menu and two drink tickets.
