Sogno Toscano Whole Peeled Tomatoes
These tomatoes hail from just outside Napoli in the Campania region of Italy, they're handpicked and free of GMOs and pesticides. They range in size from 2 to 3.15 inches. Sogno Toscano tomatoes have the VPN Americas special designation - they meet the requirements for Neapolitan pizza making. 10 lb. can, $8

00 Flour
For pasta and pizza dough, 00 flour is a finely ground Italian flour. It has a mid-range protein content and a silky soft texture. 1 lb., $2

Italian Farro This Italian-born grain can be traced back to ancient Rome. Similar to spelt and barley, but with a nutty flavor profile and chewy texture. Cook with a rich broth and it will soak up all of the flavor. 1 kg. package, $8

Molisana Cous Cous Made from durum wheat and based off an ancient Mediterranean recipe, cous cous makes for a side dish on its own or mix in a protein and herbs for a main course. 500 g. box, $3

Italian Cannellini Beans Originally from Tuscany, cannellini beans are now used throughout all of Italy. They are large, creamy white in color, mild in flavor and have a traditional kidney shape. Cannellini beans can be used in soups and salads, they also make for a spread on bruschetta. 1 kg., $9

Classic Taralli Taralli fall somewhere between a cracker and a breadstick. They can be both sweet or savory and are often served with meats and cheeses. 11 oz. bag, $5
