Chef Madalyn Durant has brought a wider selection of breakfast sandwiches to the area by crafting a brunch menu that is available on Sundays from 10am-3pm.
THE FOOD
The team is now offers a collection of classic brunch plates and brunch sandwiches such as a Croque Mademoiselle with mushroom duxelle and their take on a classic “bacon, egg, and cheese” (B.E.C.) that reimagines the ingredients as bbq pork belly, scrambled egg, cheddar, and more on an English muffin. Guests can also enjoy a smattering of freshly baked pastry offerings like the French favorite, Cannelés, served with compote.
THE BEV
A mix of classic and craft, brunch cocktails include a take on the negroni, with cold brew added called “Cold Brew Negroni” and the “Spa Day” a spa water-inspired beverage with Skeptic Vodka. There is also a selection of N/A cocktails, beer and cider, and a long list of wines by the glass in addition to classic coffee and espresso-based beverages like the espresso tonic.
