Bar Chido's Guacamole is celebrating the day featuring an addition of lime and orange with a bite of Fresno and serrano peppers topped with creamy cotija cheese. The Guac's Extra ($12) Cocktail takes a spin on dip by mixing Patron Silver, lime, avocado, cilantro, agave, and tajin for a citrusy drink with a hint of heat.
Additional avocado-centric dishes to dive into at Bar Chido include the Birra Torta with Oaxaca cheese, pickled red onion, roasted tomato aioli, consomme, and avocado all piled on rustic bread. For a little taste of the ocean, grab the Ahi Tuna Tostada with ponzu and serrano marinated ahi tuna, avocado salsa, sesame chile aioli, and Napa cabbage. The Avocado Salsa Verde for a tangy dip twist.
