Craft Beer Now Open South Loop

Baderbräu Brewing Company is closing out Chicago Craft Beer Week with a bang. On May 29th, Chicagoans are invited to join Baderbräu as they take over Wabash for a grand opening block party in the South Loop.

After a remodel of a former warehouse building, the 25,000-square-foot taproom and brewery will open its doors to the public this Memorial Day weekend. From 2pm-9pm on May 29th, guests will be able to welcome the brewery to the neighborhood by celebrating with plenty of cold Baderbräu, live music, DJs and food trucks.

For the special event, Baderbräu will be serving every beer that they currently have in rotation, along with a few new brews that are yet to be released. This event is free to the public and will feature beer specials and Baderbräu swag while supplies last, so be sure to arrive early!

Located at 2515 South Wabash, the Baderbräu Brewery is just a short walk from the Cermak Green Line stop. The brewery features a 4,000 square-foot taproom which overlooks the brewery floor, offering views of the beer being brewed below.
