Indulge in creative interpretations of bacon with a special menu designed by The Berkshire Room's culinary team, including Executive Chef Chris "Chip" Davies and James Beard Foundation Rising Star Nominee Executive Pastry Chef Chris "Tex" Teixeira. Menu features include items such as Braised pork belly BLT Slider, Pork Rillette with bacon crumble and Pig head bacon croquette with quail egg and more.
