Calling all pitmasters! Chef Bill Kim is kicking off the Backyard BBQ Series at bellyQ on Sunday, June 26 joined by Giuseppe Tentori of GT Fish & Oyster, GT Prime, BOKA Catering Group with sips from Moody Tongue Brewing Company.
Guests will enjoy a specially curated barbecue menu from Chef Tentori on bellyQ’s Ogden patio, with selections including:
Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs
Lobster, Corn & Red Bell Pepper Salad
Triple Grilled Beef Strip Loin with Moroccan BBQ
Special selections and bites from Chef Bill Kim
The BBQ series will run through the summer, falling on the last Sunday of the month, with upcoming guest chefs Craig Couper from Michael Jordan’s Steak House and Joshua Kulp & Christine Cikowski from Honey Butter Fried Chicken.
