Starting today, B.GOOD, with locally sourced burgers, bowls, salads, smoothies and more, will roll out a spin on a hearty cold-weather classic with the introduction of the Eggplant Meatball Sub to its winter seasonal menu.
The sub, which features B.GOOD’s eggplant meatballs, parmesan, marinara sauce, peppers and onions on a toasted baguette.
