Avli Launches New Brunch Menu in River North

Avli in River North, the newest concept from the contemporary Greek dining group, has announced the launch of its new brunch menu, available every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 702 North Wells Street. 

The new menu offers a Greek twist on pancakes, French toast, eggs, sandwiches, bakery items and more. Cocktails include the watermelon mint margarita, frozen gin and Mastica lemonade, mimosa and more. 

The restaurant offers seating on its new patio that is covered for rain or shine dining, as well as limited seating indoors. 

Highlights of the new brunch menu include:

Tsoureki French Toast ($13)
Greek brioche bread infused with mastiha and cinnamon drizzled with Greek thyme honey and caramel sauce

Perneli ($13)
Greek-style “boat” calzone with melted kasseri cheese, bacon and tomato sauce

Baked Avocado ($14)
Poached egg, spring mix, cherry tomatoes and raspberry dressing

Galaktic Pancakes ($14)
Classic pancakes with layers of galaktoboureko custard

Avli Brunch Burger ($15)
Double quarter-pound lamb patty with melted feta, caramelized onions and a fried egg, served with fries
