Avec River North will feature Chef Maya-Camille Broussard on Wednesday January 25 at 7pm for a 5-course dinner featuring recipes from her new cookbook Justice of the Pies.

The Avec team will be pairing Maya-Camille's pies with curated-for-the-evening wines and cocktails. The dinner will be followed by a book signing and meet and greet with  Maya-Camille.

  • Spinach, Feta & Bacon Quiche with petite greens and roasted shallot vinaigrette
    • Wine Pairing: Malvasia (pét nat) bulli emilia-romagna, Italy
  • Open Face Pizza Puff ground beef, shaved parmesan, fresh basil and falafel seasoned french fries
    • Wine Pairing: Rosé of Txakilina Ameztoi “rubentis”, Spain
  • Brussels & Cherry Tart roasted brussels sprouts, caramelized onions, & cherry tart
    • Wine Pairing: Kisi Tchotiashvilli Kakheti, Georgia
  • Apple Braised Turkey Pot Pie
    • Wine Pairing: Dolcetto Principiano Alba, Italy 
  • Lemon Espresso Pie w/espresso fudge sauce
    • Avec's Espresso Di Notte Martini
