Between January and April, avec will host a series of Sunday brunch takeovers with some of Chicago’s favorite restaurants, breweries and bars, starting Sunday, January 8th with Honey Butter Fried Chicken. From 10am-2pm, Executive Chefs Joshua Kulp and Christine Cikowski will join avec’s Chef de Cuisine Perry Hendrix in the kitchen for a one-time-only brunch menu including special Honey Butter Fried Chicken dishes in addition to avec’s regular brunch items.
