From 7 PM-9 PM on Thursday, August 4th, Frontier Chicago (1072 N. Milwaukee Ave) is kicking off their monthly Smoke Sessions Series with the collaboration of Frontier’s Chef Brian Jupiter and 3 Little Pigs’ Chef Henry Cai. For $59 a person, guests can taste the flavors of smoke from regions around the world while also supporting Impact Culinary Training with 10% of all proceeds going directly to support this culinary training program. With Loch Lomond Scotch Cocktails available to sip, guests can also select Smoked Wagyu Beef Cheek Carnitas, Smoked Chicken Shawarma, and 3 Little Pigs’ signature dish, Smoked Pork Ribs.
