Pre-Order Decker's Sourdough Bagels for Pick-Up at Wildfire - Glenview and Oak Brook, Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM; Pre-orders begin Tuesday mornings

• Born in the kitchens of Wildfire from Executive Chef Partner Joe Decker’s own aged sourdough starter, these hand-rolled artisan bagels are boiled and baked for a crusty and crispy outside and soft, airy, tangy inside, and paired with house-whipped cream cheese spreads. Fresh-baked pastries are also available.

Taste of Alaska: Wild-Caught Salmon at Di Pescara, Now - Monday, August 31

• The short annual season of Alaskan salmon is back, featuring specials flown in daily to Chicago's top seafood purveyors sourced from Alaska's pristine and sustainably managed waters, including Chinook Salmon (the largest of all the species, with some growing to over 60 lbs.!), Sockeye Salmon—known for its deep red color and flavor—and Coho Salmon, prized for its color and versatility in the kitchen.

Phase Three Beer Dinner at Wildfire - Lincolnshire, Thursday, August 13: 6:30 PM

Join Wildfire in Lincolnshire for custom dinner paired with beers from Phase Three Brewing Company from Lake Zurich, known for its innovative brewing style and flavor-forward beers. Four-course dinner will include Salmon Tartare & Bacon & Blue Cheese Crostini paired with So Ripe Fruited Sour Ale, Tempura Rice Bowl paired with P3 Japanese Rice Lager, plus two additional courses, as Steven Vasquez of Phase Three talks through the pairings and shares insight into each brew.
