The 3-course, $40 Mexican-themed dinner begins with choice of four appetizers, including shrimp and octopus ceviche, followed by entree choices of Carne Asada, Fajitas, or Pollo Poblano, topped-off with desserts including Flan -- infused with cinnamon and cardamon, crowned with dulce de leche meringue.
