The Thanksgiving Menu begins with a selection of appetizers, like Pulpo a la Parilla -- octopus, Swiss chard, cherry tomatoes, followed by Sopa de Calabaza -- creamy shredded onion soup with saffron, garlic and almonds. From there, guests can choose a multitude of festive holiday entree options, including Perl de Nigro -- Duck breast, sweet potato gallette, black currant-port reduction, and Cordero -- breaded lamb chops, smashed beets and sweet potatoes, mint juice.
