Artango Bar & Steakhouse, located in Lincoln Square, will offer a one night steak and wine tasting menu on the last Wednesday of every month. Beginning on September 26, Chef Saul Roman will offer a three course prix fixe, paired with Malbec, for $65 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
The menu features empanadas and eggplant bruschetta to start, followed by a NY strip steak steak cooked on an Argentine parilla served with homemade chimichurri, malbec sauce and mashed potatoes, and house made flan to finish. Each course is paired with an Argentine Malbec selection, a full-bodied red with smokey, spicy notes and unmistakable tannic structure.
The next Malbec menu is slated for Wednesday, October 24 (due to Halloween), followed by Wednesday, November 28.
