From January 27 through February 9, during Chicago Restaurant Week, Arbella is offering the Arbella Aperitif or Digestif. For just $15, choose from the following bite and drink combinations designed to kick the night off or end the evening right:

AperitifFirst Stop (Sloe gin, London dry gin, lemon, pasilla syrup, and plum bitters topped with Peychauds bitters) paired with a Cold-smoked Oyster Shooter with kombu-ponzu sauce.

Digestif: Where’s My Uber? (Rye whiskey, amaro sibilla, Peychauds barrel-aged bitters) paired with a Homemade Spiced Donut filled with cognac-infused custard.

Reservations are available and walk-ins are welcome.
