Ani Sushi, located in Lakeview, has added a spring/summer option to their Wednesday "Okonomi" night (translation: what you like). Every Wednesday, Ani offers the choice of ramen paired with a Japanese beer or glass of sake for $15, along with the new option of any signature maki paired with a Japanese beer or glass of sake for $20. Chef Shin Matsuda's ramen and maki selections are outlined below. Guests may enjoy their meal in the main dining room or on Ani's new, tranquil sidewalk cafe.
Throughout the evening (5-10 p.m.), Ani will provide complimentary sake tastings via their table side sake cart, as well as special prices on "one cups," a sake served in small cans or glass cups often seen throughout Japan.
