Bar Roma will welcome dining guests for an "Andiamo Toscana" chef's tasting menu from May 22-26, featuring a six course prix fixe by Chef Fred Ramos. The menu, outlined below, offers the choice of primo (chicken liver toast or black olive and sundried tomato tapenade), zuppa (acquacotta sweet pepper mushroom), insalata (asparagus panzanella), pasta (hand rolled spinach pappardelle), secondo (wood-grilled bistecca fiorentina) and dolce (panna cotta alla vaniglia) for $35 per person. Optional wine pairings may be added for $25.
