The menu, outlined below, offers the choice of primo (chicken liver toast or black olive and sundried tomato tapenade), zuppa (acquacotta sweet pepper mushroom), insalata (asparagus panzanella), pasta (hand rolled spinach pappardelle), secondo (wood-grilled bistecca fiorentina) and dolce (panna cotta alla vaniglia) for $35 per person. Optional wine pairings may be added for $25.
