Wine highlights include a jeroboam of 2008 Paramour and impeccable 2012 vintages of both Contrarian and Illustration. As for the five-course menu, guests can look forward to Maine Lobster Carpaccio with Osetra Caviar and Dry-Aged Porterhouse with Red Wine and Bone Marrow Béarnaise, to name a couple.
