Community Tavern is hosting a five-course dinner featuring a selection of Bordeaux wine pairings on Wednesday, January 27 at 7:00 p.m. The Bordeaux region of France cultivates several grape varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, and Sémillon, lending flavors to many food-friendly wines. Executive Chef/Partner Joey Beato and Chef de Cuisine Matt Saccaro will present a regionally inspired menu of seafood, patê, lamb, and more, accompanying Wine Director Jamie McNee’s classic Bordeaux wine pairings, welcoming guests exploring the world of French food and wine.
