Allgauer’s on the Riverfront, 2855 Milwaukee Ave., is celebrating this Passover season. The selection, curated by Executive Chef Nicholas Landeweer, combines traditional Passover elements with a twist featuring a Seder Plate, Passover Vegetable Lasagna, Chicken Soup with Matzo Balls and much more. The menu includes a fixed price of $42 per adult and $20.95 per child with additional fees for beverages and add-ons. 

The Passover meal includes: 

First Course

·         Seder Plate with Hard Boiled Egg, Lamb Shark, Salt Water, Parsley, Haroset, Horseradish Root and Matzo

Second Course

·         Gefilte Fish served with Red Beet Horseradish

Third Course

·         Chicken Soup with Matzo Balls

Fourth Course

·         Mixed Green Garden Salad topped with Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Fifth Course (Select two Entrees)

·         Herb Roasted Half Chicken

·         Brisket of Beef with Caramelized Onions

·         Grilled Salmon with Light Lemon Caper Buerre Blanc Sauce

·         Passover Vegetable Lasagna

Sixth Course (Select One)

·         Strawberry Short Cake

·         Flourless Chocolate Mousse Cake
