Chez Moi in Lincoln Park is set to host their annual 'Moules Fest'. Inspired by "Le Festival de la Moule" celebrations across France, Chef Tougne, owner and Alsace native, will be preparing four original recipes.
Chez Moi will be donating $1 for every pound of mussels sold during the fest to the Red Cross for hurricane relief efforts.
The All-You-Can-Eat menu costs $25 per person, includes frites and will be available from September 8th - 17th.
Lobster Bisque Mussels
Marinieres Mussels with white wine, shallots, parsley, butter and lemon
Belgium Mussels with beer, leeks, cream and bacon
Mediterranean Mussels with chorizo, tomatoes, saffron rice, onions and basil.
