What to know about All New Summer Cocktail Menu at Dove's Luncheonette

Dove's Luncheonette has launched their new summer cocktail menu. The neighborhood bar and restaurant taps its list of mezcal and tequila (one of the city’s largest) as the base for several of the new drinks. Eden Laurin, Managing Partner of sister-bar The Violet Hour, also consulted on this cocktail list. New highlights for the season include:

Ponche - A 2.0 summer sweet tea made with Lunazul, Iced Tea, Lemon, Demerara, and Blackened Peach

El Rio Grande - Italian aperitivos Campari and Aperol get a kick from the addition of Lunazul Blanco, Dolin Blanc, lime, and orange in this new drink (pictured above)

The Violet Spring - a refreshing citrus sipper that combines Xicaru, Creme de Violette, grapefruit, lemon, and grapefruit bitters
