Craft Beer Mexican River North

Cantina Laredo in River North has teamed up with Chicago's Aleman Brewing Company for a fall beer dinner on Saturday, October 26. Starting at 7 p.m., guests will be offered four modern Mexican dished crafted by Chef Daniel Espinoza, paired with Aleman brews. The autumnal menu, outlined below, features pickled herring with dill and cilantro crema, grilled chorizo verde and Bavarian sausage, braised beef tongue milanesa, and mole German chocolate cake. Beer pairings include Aleman's LadiesMan Farmhouse Wit, The Man IPA, WiseMan Weizenbock (seasonal selection) and SoulMan American Brown Ale.

The fee to participate is $60 per person.

Herring Tlayuda
