Tuesday, February 1 marks Chinese New Year, the festival that celebrates the beginning of a new year on the traditional lunisolar Chinese calendar. In honor of the celebration, Adorn Bar & Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is offering a brand-new dessert by Pastry Chef Juan Gutierrez.
All of Chef Juan’s desserts are inspired by his world travels, and this dessert option is no different. The dessert, China ($14), includes a sesame ball filled with taro, black sesame praline, and rice ice cream.
