The New Lineup

The Loyalist, the French-inspired brasserie and sister restaurant to two Michelin-starred Smyth has launched a new happy hour menu. Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5-6PM diners can sip on craft cocktails with global flavors while noshing on French fare. The new additions to the menu include:

  • The Loyalist Old Fashioned: Balcones Texas Pot Still Bourbon, Italian Amaro, Maple, Citrus Oleo

  • Sacre Bleu: Joven Tequila, Uruapan Charanda Blanco, Rosemary, Curacao, Lime

  • Paloma: Joven Tequila, Avec Grapefruit Soda, Lime

  • Daiquiri: House Blend of Carribean Rum, Lime, Sugar

  • Spritz: Noilly Pratt Dry Vermouth, St. Germain Elderflower, Soda

  • Caramelized Dates with Goat Cheese, Bacon & Lavender

  • Fried Olives with Yogurt & Tarragon 

  • Warm Oysters with Paris Butter 

  • Duo of Cold Oysters with Sea Lettuce & Habanda Mignonette 

  • French Onion Eclair with Gruyere Mousse, Caramelized Shallot & Mimolette Cheese 

  • Foie Gras Eclair with Black Truffle-Lavender Cream 

Plus, the chefs plan on evolving the menu seasonally and adding limited-time-only specials in addition to the menu of French options so each time guests can expect to find something different.
