Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5-6PM diners can sip on craft cocktails with global flavors while noshing on French fare. The new additions to the menu include:
The Loyalist Old Fashioned: Balcones Texas Pot Still Bourbon, Italian Amaro, Maple, Citrus Oleo
Daiquiri: House Blend of Carribean Rum, Lime, Sugar
Spritz: Noilly Pratt Dry Vermouth, St. Germain Elderflower, Soda
Caramelized Dates with Goat Cheese, Bacon & Lavender
Fried Olives with Yogurt & Tarragon
Warm Oysters with Paris Butter
Duo of Cold Oysters with Sea Lettuce & Habanda Mignonette
French Onion Eclair with Gruyere Mousse, Caramelized Shallot & Mimolette Cheese
Foie Gras Eclair with Black Truffle-Lavender Cream
Plus, the chefs plan on evolving the menu seasonally and adding limited-time-only specials in addition to the menu of French options so each time guests can expect to find something different.
