Velvet Taco Chicago
On 4/20 this year, Velvet Taco Chicago is offering guests The Ultimate High Giveaway by granting guests the chance to win a prize of skydiving for two, followed by lunch at Velvet Taco. All guests have to do to enter? Roll up to one of three Chicago Velvet Taco locations and grab a 420 Blazin’ Taco on the loyalty app or follow the entry instructions on @velvettaco’s giveaway post.
The themed Weekly Taco Feature (WTF), is a special 420 Blazin’ taco featuring mac and cheese, Flamin’ Hot Cheetos chicken tenders, fiery red chile aioli made in house, sprinkled with fruity pebbles – all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.
The 420 Blazin' WTF becomes available for purchase the week of 4/20 from April 17 through April 23, and the giveaway goes live on social media on April 20th.

Central Park Bar in Avondale has partnered with Hopewell Brewing to host a special party on Saturday, April 20 from 4:20 p.m. to 9 p.m. The event will feature a tie-dye station (while supplies last) along with Hopewell Brewing’s new Choom Lite, a sparkling beverage infused with 3mg CBD and THC available for $9 each.

To celebrate 420, the staff at Estelle’s in Wicker Park will be decked out in their favorite 420-themed attire while they serve up Munchie Madness specials. Available for $4.20 each, Estelle’s will offer Dumpster Fire Fries featuring Hot Mess loaded cheesy fries topped with crumbled Flamin' Hot Cheetos and Fire Nachos with Flamin' Hot Doritos, nacho cheese, pico, and sour cream.
Remedy
On Thursday, April 25, guests can join Remedy in Bucktown for the April installment of their “Lip Sync Happy Hour”, this time with a “Studio 420” disco and cannabis theme, hosted by comedy drag queen Ginger Forest and diva Ranger Cheeks. Guests can kick off the night with Remedy’s half-price happy hour from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m before the drag show begins at 7 p.m. Guests are encouraged to dress in their hottest look as prizes will be given out during the Remedy Runway Contest at 8 p.m.
Wake 'n Bacon
Diners are invited to mellow out on Saturday, April 20 at Wake ‘n Bacon in East Lakeview located at 420 W. Belmont. Up to 420 diners will receive complimentary CBD add-ons (normally $3.50) available with any drink or food menu item at brunch or dinner (limit one dose per person). Sourcing from local distributor,Urban Apothecary, anything on Wake ‘n Bacon’s food and drink menu can be completely customized with a CBD infused twist. CBD add-ons are available for customers 21 and over only.
