The team at 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck is ready to offer visitors and locals alike its views of the city and surrounding states as Chicago reopens after COVID closure precautions. 360 CHICAGO opens with thorough health protocols in place on Wednesday, July 1 at 9 a.m., and a limited-time online pre-opening ticket sale offers an incentive to plan ahead. Through June 30, online tickets purchased are valid for 90 days at a 50 percent savings.

“We have taken tremendous care to ensure that our visitors and employees feel safe and remain healthy, and we are thrilled to welcome all back to the unparalleled views and experience you find only at 360 CHICAGO,” says Nichole Benolken, managing director for 360 CHICAGO and One Liberty Observation Deck in Philadelphia.

The venue will maintain the recommended 25 percent occupancy guidelines dictated by local and state officials.  All guests and personnel will be practicing and promoting social distancing guidelines of six feet between traveling parties throughout 360 CHICAGO and within the elevators. Floor indicators, floor directional arrows, posted reminders and instruction from our team members will assist guests in following best distancing practices.

All guests over the age of two, and all staff will be required to wear masks covering their nose and their mouth for the duration of a visit or shift.  Strict cleaning and sanitizing protocols are in place and sanitizer is available throughout the venue. For a complete list of guidelines in place, visit https://360chicago.com/covid-19

Guests can visit Bar 94, where local spirits from KOVAL and brews from Revolution Brewing Co. as well as snacks are sold.  TILT, Chicago’s highest thrill ride, will once again offer guests to experience the Chicago skyline from a different perspective -- tilted 30 degrees out over The Magnificent Mile and the famed building formerly named the John Hancock Center. The private instructor-led 360 Sky Yoga will also return on Saturday, July 11 with limited capacity, and pre-registration is required.

“I can’t imagine a better place to take in all that makes this city spectacular and hope to see familiar faces and newfound fans once again enjoying all we offer,” she adds Benolken.
