312 Chicago Celebrates 21 Years with Limited Time Dinner Menu

312 Chicago turned 21 years old on March 12th. The Italian restaurant in the Loop is celebrating their 21st birthday with menu specials available March 12 through the 18th, including: $21 bottles of select red and white wine as well as a 4-course menu for $45/person crafted by Chef Luca—each course spiked to celebrate the occasion:

·        1^st Course: Beer Battered Baby Smelt, Lemoncello Aioli

·        2^nd Course: Red Wine Roasted Garlic Sausage, Tomato Sauce, Basil Oil, Crostini

·        3^rd Course: Cavatelli, Vodka Tomato Sauce,  Ricotta Salata, Scallion

·        4th Course: Rum Cake, Whipped Mascarpone Frosting, Rum Soaked Golden Raisins
