3-Day Cinco de Mayo Fiesta at Rojo Gusano

Globe-trotting chef Dudley Nieto celebrates Cinco de Mayo with a 3-day indoor/outdoor Cinco de Mayo Fiesta, at his new global-fusion taqueria, Rojo Gusano.

Beginning Thursday, May 5 and continuing through Saturday, May 7, Rojo Gusano becomes Cinco de Mayo headquarters. The fiesta spans from inside the 80-seat restaurant, complete with airy, overhead retractable windows, to its just-opened 50-seat sidewalk patio, and spills onto adjoining Avers Avenue, closed to traffic to accommodate live bands, DJs, hula hoop contests, promo give-a-ways, and a special Pig Roast prepared by Chef Dudley.

There will also be daily deals on Rojo Gusano's global-fusion tacos, imported beers, sangria, and their tequila and mezcal based craft cocktails. Rojo Gusano's Cinco de Mayo Fiesta runs Thursday May 5 and Friday May 6 from 5pm to 10pm. Saturday, May 7 from 11am to 10pm.
