Pivot Gang is one of Chicago's premier hip hop collectives, made up of Saba, MFnMelo, Joseph Chilliams, Frsh Waters, and producer daedae PIVOT. Long known as "Chicago's Boy Band," the group's music pairs elite lyricism with rich melodies and harmonies, creating a sound that's as collaborative as it is technical. Their debut album, You Can't Sit With Us, introduced the group to audiences around the world, earning praise from outlets including Pitchfork, Complex, The FADER, XXL, and more. The project led to a successful North American headline tour and established Pivot Gang as one of the most exciting independent acts to emerge from Chicago in the last decade. Now, Pivot Gang is returning with with an album later this year, their first full-length group project since You Can't Sit With Us. The album marks the next chapter for the collective while honoring the legacy of John Walt and SqueakPIVOT.
