Links Taproom Launches Brunch; Craft Beer and Sausage Fans Rejoice

Links Taproom is Wicker Park's ode to craft beer. Beer aficionados line up to sample over 35 American craft beers on tap, with digital screens providing up-to-date information on keg levels, recently tapped brews and social media goodness. Regular customers keep coming back for the housemade sausages with classic toppings and a variety of mustards, which is why a recently launched brunch menu has us interested in finding out more!

The new menu includes sausage-centric takes on Link's housemade fare along with a slew of comfort food classics. We've got some choice pics from the new menu below.

The Links Breakfast Sandwich is up first with Italian sausage, roasted red pepper, scrambled eggs and beer cheese sauce testing our metabolism from the get-go!

The Chorizo Horny is not only a fun play on words but also the type of sandwich you dream about for your next brunch adventure. Chorizo topped with over easy egg, bacon mayo, spinach, cheddar on a bacon-cheddar biscuit.

The Biscuits and Gravy might be the first brunch item not to feature a full sausage link but make no doubt about it, the bacon-cheddar biscuit is smothered with rosemary Italian sausage gravy.

While American craft beer might be the drink of choice at Links, sometimes a Bloody Mary is just what you need, especially when it's topped with one of Link's housemade Smoked Polish sausages.

The Fat Man in a Bath Tub is the signature brunch item at Links, a sliced beer brat fried in waffle batter and topped with powdered sugar and Vermont maple syrup.

The Brunch You in the Fry is built to share and features handcut fries, sausage gravy, goat cheese, roasted peppers and pickled jalapenos. We won't tell if you try to tackle this monster plate solo!
