To celebrate Founder and Owner Taki Kastanis and his favorite breakfast dish, Yolk will unveil its newest creation, the Benedict Slider, at the Yolk Test Kitchen, 1767 N. Milwaukee Ave., on National Eggs Benedict Day Tuesday, April 16. Comprised of shaved ham and an over-medium egg between two mini waffles and topped with homemade hollandaise sauce. Only on April 16, the Yolk Test Kitchen will offer a special deal for guests who purchase a Benedict Slider to receive a second meal of equal or lesser value for free.
