Cocktail pairing with Angel's Envy Whiskey & DIY torching. West Town Bakery + Tap will have mini bourbon creme brulee, s'mores and other homemade desserts to light on fire. Guests will be able to use the torches themselves on the desserts specially made by our head pastry chef Chris Teixeira. Nikki Allen, Chicago's Whiskey Guardian of Angel’s Envy and bar manager of West Town Bakery + Tap, will be providing cocktail pairings with the sweets. There will be Angel's Envy barrel staves and they can torch the staves themselves (whiskey barrels are torched to give whiskey the color and flavor). They’ll learn about whiskey, have sweet desserts paired with cocktails and a goody bag to take home. Tickets are $50 per person.
