Wells St. Market boasts nine fast-casual food stalls in addition to a full bar with counter service and a floral shop - appealing to a wide range of tastes inspired by American, Asian, Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican and Polish cultures.

The market is open Monday through Friday from 11am to 8pm. Firecakes Donuts’ walk-up window is open Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 11am.

Food Stall Line-up Highlights:

Piggie Smalls:

Taste the Greek heritage of Jimmy Bannos Jr., James Beard Rising Star Chef of 2014, as he pulls from his childhood memories and upbringing to create Piggie Smalls, which showcases classic Greek flavors.

Tabo Sushi:

Michelin-starred chef Takashi Yagihashi brings Tabo Sushi, offering Japanese-inspired creations focusing on fresh, quality dishes and expert technique. The sushi counter sets the scene for an pop-in dining experience within the busy market, where guests can watch on as sushi and sashimi is hand-rolled in front of them.

Dos Toros:

Founded by two brothers from California with a simple dream - to bring the San Francisco taqueria experience to the rest of the country.

Fare:

Chicago hospitality veterans Kasia Bednarz and Britni DeLeon present FARE with one goal: to create food with purpose by serving dishes that are built with clean, delicious ingredients. The concept aims to nourish and satisfy customers with a menu built with wholesome ingredients that support a healthy lifestyle.

Grand Central Bar:

A bar inspired by French brasseries and modern US cocktail methodology, offering simple, yet creative takes on classic Parisian cocktails, beers and wine. The bar will also feature a selection of elevated dishes ideal for sharing.
