The seasonal dinner series is coming back to The Heritage the third Wednesday of each month through the fall, beginning this May.
Spence Farm Dinner - Wednesday, May 15th at 7pm: The Heritage for a 5-course tasting menu for $75 per person is inspired by the fresh and seasonal produce they use from Spence Farm in Fairbury, IL and the surrounding farms they are associated with. The dinner also includes an optional beverage pairing for an additional $45.
Marty Travis from Spence Farm will be available for a short Q&A session during dinner to talk about his farm and farms within his community, as well as sustainable farming’s impact on the Chicago food culture.
