Bucktown staple, The Bristol, is celebrating their 10th anniversary during September. While September 23rd is their official birthdate, The Bristol is offering a special menu throughout the month to commemorate their big day.

“We are very thankful to have served Chicago for this long, and the team is feeling a true sense of accomplishment. To be part of such a rarified group of legacy restaurants in Chicago is an honor, and now preparing to evolve for the next decade is incredibly exciting for us,” said John Ross, Co-owner of B. Hospitality Co. and The Bristol.

From monkey bread to the raviolo to chicken with spaetzle – all still on the menu from the early days. “The Bristol really is a special place in Chicago. It was one of the first restaurants to modernize thinking around what ‘fine dining’ means for guests. We rid the restaurant of white tablecloths, turned the music up and pretentiousness down,” said Phil Walters, Co-owner of B. Hospitality Co. and The Bristol. “Our polished casual concept established a strong sense of hospitality and value that changed the narrative for restaurants to come. All under the guise of a neighborhood establishment with farm fresh ingredients and a family-style mentality, which now are popular dining trends around the country.”

To celebrate, The Bristol is offering guests a special $39 four-course menu to commemorate fan favorites from the last decade. This menu, plus a $20 optional wine pairing, will be available Sunday’s through Thursday’s from September 5 through September 27. The full Ten Year Anniversary Menu can be found here
