New Menu

As Chicago's cold winter drags on, Strings Ramen launches a new, limited-time-only winter special: Curry Ramen.

Created by executive chef Katie Dong, Strings' Curry Ramen begins with slow-simmered pork bone broth, teamed with Japaneses curry, and Strings' own ramen noodles, made daily in house. The new Curry Ramen is available in two location-specific versions.
