A diamond in the rough in the Wrigleyville/Lakeview neighborhoods, the corner bar and restaurant on Southport and Irving, SIP, offers guests live jazz every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Each night features a different jazz artist paired with craft cocktails designed by Beverage Director Ardit Dizdari.

Starting April 2, singer Elaine Dame will become SIP's resident Thursday night act bringing a sophisticated jazz set and her signature crowd interaction to the bar. Featured cocktails include the following:
- Dame ($11) with Masala tea, CH Vodka, Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur, lemon, Lillet Blanc and Amaro Nonnino
- Beets Me ($10) with CH Peppercorn Vodka, Genepy Des Alpes Liqueur, beet, blood orange, lemon and maple
- Cherry Rickey ($10) with CH London Dry Gin, Maurin Quina, house made cherry soda phosphate
SIP continues the live jazz every weekend with Speakeasy Fridays and A Moveable Feast Saturdays.
