III Forks Prime Steakhouse, located in Lakeshore East, will hold a "Sommelier for a Day" wine tasting on Wednesday, July 18. Starting at 5 p.m., sommelier Anton Licko will lead participants through a sampling of six different selections from Australia (outlined below), paired with an array of hors d'oeuvres crafted by executive chef Hans Aeschbacher.
