Collaboration Dinner American Lincoln Park

In case you missed it, HopCat Chicago celebrated autumn flavors on October 30 with a collaboration beer dinner with Ravinia Brewing Company. The evening's menu featured five, specially selected beers from Ravinia paired with four, exclusive autumnal courses from HopCat's kitchen. A few of the dishes were even infused with Ravinia's brews including the pork belly braised in Ravinia's Steep Ravine American IPA and the Beeramisu whipped together with the brewery's Baldwin Porter.

Beverage Director, Doug Wise, has hosted several beer dinners at HopCat locations around the midwest and has now brought them to Chicago. Each dinner experience partners up with a local brewery for an exclusive, one-time only, four-course meal created by the talented chefs at HopCat and paired with five hand-picked brews from the brewery.

The next beer dinner collaboration will be held on Tuesday, December 4th at 7pm and feature Noon Whistle Brewery from Lombard, IL. The dinner will follow the typical four-course platform with a beer pairing with each dish as well as an additional welcome beer. The menu is as follows:

Welcome Beer: Freshman @ Life, a Kolsch, 4.8%

First Course: Burrata Crostini with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes paired with Hop Prism Lazer Yellow, an American IPA, 7%

Second Course: Yogurt and Beer Marinated Chicken Skewers paired with Mosaic Gummy, a New England-Style IPA, 7.6%

Third Course: Stout Cincinnati Chili paired with Bernie, a Milk Stout, 5%

Fourth Course: Peach Cobbler paired with Fuzzy Smack, a Berliner Weisse with Peach, 4.6%

Tickets are $50 each and can be purchased here for December's event and on https://www.eventbrite.com/ by searching HopCat under the "Looking For" section. OR get the chance to win tickets for two by participating in HopCat's weekly BINGO games on Tuesdays.
