Craft Beer Special Events American Indian La Grange

Kama Bistro will hold its annual "AmeriKama" beer dinner with Revolution Brewing on Thursday, June 18. At 7 p.m., dining guests will experience a six course menu that pairs local craft brews (Fist City; Jukebox Hero; Coup D'Etat; A Little Crazy; Bottom Up Wit; Eugene Porter) with American fare that has an Indian flair (lentil crisp nachos with minced lamb; fried chicken drum sticks with spicy Kama ketchup; mahi mahi with black lentils and tomato pulav; tamarind glazed pork belly with apple chutney; lamb burger with masala fries; warm dodha fudge with vanilla ice cream). A cicerone from Revolution Brewing and Vikram Singh, chef/proprietor of Kama Bistro, will lead this event.

The fee to attend "AmeriKama" is $55 per guest. Please call the restaurant at 708-352-3300 for dinner reservations.
