Real Urban Barbecue's BIG GAME Carry Out Menu

For this year’s Big Game, put down the pig skin and pick up Chicagoland’s favorite barbecue from Real Urban Barbecue, located in Downtown Highland Park (610 Central Ave. #177), Vernon Hills (1260 S. RUB’s special carry out menu is available for pick up on Sunday, February 5 and is sure to make your party a big hit with specialty dishes and appetizer options and homemade festive game day themed desserts.

·      Rib Tips, slow-smoked pork rib tips chopped and tossed in RUB’s Original BBQ sauce, $10/lb

·      Smoked Prime Rib, USDA Prime ribeye cooked to medium rare, chilled and sliced thin and served with au jus, horseradish cream and 24 mini buns, $19.99/lb (minimum 5lbs)

·      Applewood Smoked Ham, thinly sliced, served chilled with 24 mini buns and Dijon mustard, $9.50/lb (minimum 5lbs)
