Radisson Blu Aqua Chicago is hosting a “Sushi Making 101” class with sushi Chef Moon on Monday, Feb. 4, featuring appetizers, three DIY rolls and sake tastings.
Before the main sushi demo, guests will enjoy an introductory appetizer, followed by the hands-on learning experience of building three sushi rolls. Guests should bring their appetites and thirst as there will be a custom selection of sakes available, one for each roll.
The interactive experience starts at 6:30PM and will allow guests to build (and most importantly eat) their own rolls as well as learn how to properly prepare rice and other ingredients.
Tickets are $40 per person, plus taxes and applicable registration fees.
