Now Open The Loop

Porter Kitchen & Deck, the latest spot from Four Corners Tavern Group, is now open in the Loop. Located on the Chicago River within one of the Loop’s new skyscrapers, Porter is offering chef-driven dishes and craft cocktails with cityscape views.

Porter’s menu, created by executive chef James Keane, features a selection of shareable dishes. Options vary from casual charcuterie boards and bar-inspired bites to homemade soups, salads with customizable add-ons, sandwiches, elevated entrees, and a wide selection of seasonal sides. Notable menu items include the Crab Roll with lemon, chives, butter and dijonnaise within a New England-style bun; as well as the Crispy Brick Chicken with espelette, lemon, fried rosemary, roasted garlic and jus. Those looking to share or dabble in lighter options will take to the Baked Camembert made with sherry onions, fine herbs and strawberry preserves and served along crostini; and the Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad with sesame, soy, radish, broccoli, mint, scallion and cashew. Porter’s dessert menu, presented by Four Corners’ corporate pastry chef Amy Arnold, offers a variety of delectable flavors, such as Spumoni with cherry, pistachio, house-made chocolate gelato, and a wafer cookie; and Peanut Butter Mousse with Oreo crumbles, salted caramel and candied peanuts.
