Special Events River North

On Friday, August 10 Pilotworks Chicago will open its doors to the public for a celebration of food, music and entrepreneurship. As the operator of the nation’s largest on-demand kitchen space, Pilotworks is co-hosting the River North Block Party with SAE to showcase talent and offer special opportunities to food entrepreneurs.

The River North Block Party will feature Pilotworks' community sponsored food trucks. The team will be offering free tours of the space from 2 pm-8 pm as well some fun cooking demos on how to smoke brisket in your house, Indian food making, a chutney workshop and more.

Also, for aspiring food entrepreneurs, a discounted Maker membership will be offered all day, as Pilotworks will be waving the $250 startup fee.

Guests can then go downstairs to the block party where SAE is hosing live bands, dance competitions and other activities.
