Seasonal, rustic Italian cuisine by Chef Tony Priolo incorporates the new season with local produce, light flavors and inspiring presentation. Arugula, squash blossoms, ramps, peas, fava beans, local cheeses, and other ingredients heighten homemade pastas, hand-tossed pizzas, hearty meats and fresh seafood, singing the song of spring.

At Piccolo Sogno, diners get to the heart of Italian cuisine with fresh, seasonal and rustic dishes welcoming spring. The menu features simplicity at its best, and a selection of new items include:
