The recently re-opened Marion Street Market will welcome guests on Mother’s Day. Executive Chef Bret Bohning has crafted a select holiday menu fit for the whole family while Beverage Manager Adrian Marquis shakes up spring ingredients in his latest batch of cocktails just for the extraordinary day.
Mother’s Day menu features include dishes such as:
Cast Iron Pancake with Caramelized Pear and Orange Honey Syrup ($11)
Southwest Benedict with chorizo, avocado salsa, chipotle hollandaise ($13)
Halibut with micro salad, roasted baby carrots, grapefruit beurre blanc ($24)
Dessert Bar with apple cake bites and caramel sauce, Snickers bar with cherry brandy syrup and rhubarb panna cotta ($7)
Cheers to mom with special Mother’s Day featured cocktails including:
Float- Aylesbury Duck vodka, creme de violette, Meyer lemon juice, egg white, orchid
Grapefruit Mint Bellini-Grapefruit juice, creme de cassis, mint syrup, sparkling wine, mint leaf
Fire and Ice- Pura Sangre Blanco tequila, citrus, orange curacao, grapefruit bitters, sparkling rose
B Sharp-Hirsch Small Batch bourbon, blueberry, lemon juice, Fentiman’s ginger beer
Coffee Break- Angostura 7 Year rum, Koval coffee liqueur, Hammer and Tongs L’Afrique vermouth, bourbon cream float
Marion Street Market will be accepting reservations beginning today by calling the restaurant or visiting Open Table. The all-day Mother’s Day features and Mom-approved cocktails will be available on Sunday, May 8 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
