Here’s how you can make COCO5 Coconut Shrimp at home:

INGREDIENTS:

-2 bottles Natural Coconut COCO5

-1⁄2 lemon squeezed

-2 stalks celery cut into 2" pieces

-2 carrots cut into 2" pieces

-1 onion cut into wedges

-1 tbs salt

-1⁄2 tsp pepper

-1 lb shrimp peeled, de-veined with tails on

-Prep time: 5 minutes

-Cook time: 15 minutes

-Serving size: 4

-Gluten free

-Dairy free

First, bring COCO5 to boil in a saucepan. Add all the ingredients except the shrimp and boil for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender crisp. Next, add in the shrimp. Cover and remove from heat. Allow this to stand for 8-10 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through. Lastly, drain out excess fluid and you’re ready to enjoy!
